Visit by Fishers to Billericay - October 2000

In October 2000 the Association had a party of 18 students and 2 teachers visiting Billericay from Fishers.  The students were hosted by parents from the Mayflower School and the teachers by Committee members of the Association.  The visitors had a varied itinerary and from reports received since had a very enjoyable time.  The Association was able to provide money for coaches used for trips to the airport and other venues during their stay.  Further visits are expected with involvement from Billericay School.  The headmistress Mrs Hammond has been invited to visit Fishers as was Mrs Bamford (Mayflower School) previously.
