Meetings and Dates

The Management Committee of the Association meets on the second Monday of each alternative month at the Mayflower School at 8pm in Room 95.

The dates for 2008 are:

14th April

9th June

11th August

13th October

8th December

The Chauvigny sub-committee meets as required and usually precedes the management committee meetings at the same location at 7pm.

The Annual General Meeting is held in March when Committee members are elected.

All members are welcomed to attend and to give their views as to the activities of the Association
